I am an experienced leader with 15+ years working to support others in reaching their fullest potential. I have combined experience in HR, Talent Management, Operations, and Leadership & Learning spanning across multiple industries.

As a Certified Executive Coach, I specialize in Leadership Coaching. While this is my specialty, the truth is I don’t believe in one-size fits all coaching. Real people simply don’t work that way. I am recognized for employing a pragmatic balance of leadership theory and practical application that enables leaders to accept where they are right now, uncover limiting beliefs and fears, so they can illuminate their path forward.

Credentials aside, I am a proud dog-mom to fur-baby Penny and when I’m not working with inspiring leaders, you will find us adventuring in the mountains – anywhere with a trail, snow or water – with my partner and closest friends.
